Eleanor grew up loving art and excelled in the subject throughout school. Whilst in South Africa she taught Art and Ceramics. In 2002 she moved to Ireland due to Irish family links. In Dublin Eleanor re-invented herself working in sales and admin but life without Art was like missing a limb. After moving to Meath in 2005 she had the opportunity to do an Art and Design Portfolio course. Eleanor is inspired mainly by nature.

 

Though she does paint realism, Eleanor feels colour or additions to a painting allows food for thought and freedom to portray alternative character not possible in real life paintings. Eleanor takes commissions. To see more of her work, visit her website HERE
