‘Go Figure’, an exhibition of paintings by Eilish McCann will run at The Civic Centre, Townhall, 

Belturbet, Co. Cavan from 31st July to 6th August. Opening hours are Monday to Sunday 10-4pm 

including bank holiday Monday. All welcome.  *Please note, there will not be an offical exhibition opening

Eilish a native of Belturbet, now living in Co. Wexford was shortlisted for the Hennessy Portrait Prize 

at the National Gallery, Dublin in 2017 and highly recommended in the 2018 Moth Art Prize. She received a Professional Artist award from Cavan County Council in 2018. 

Eilish exhibited recently at the Event Space Gallery at the Cavan Arts Festival and currently has work 

showing in the Cairde Sligo Arts Festival and imPRESSions Printmaking Biennial, Galway.
