A 7 piece Bluegrass/Folk/Americana Band, strongly influenced by Bruce Springsteen’s 'Seeger Sessions', Pilgrim St. have played the Electric Picnic and Vicar street as well as playing all the major regional venues around the country. They released their debut EP in 2015 and are releasing our new EP in spring 2018.

DECLAN O’ROURKE 

Declan O’Rourke is a highly successful Irish artist, acclaimed by his peers, and having achieved many plauditswith his five albums released to date.

Declan’s soulful music, rooted in folk and trad, has attracted the praise of countless industry giants, including John Prine, and Paul Weller, among others.

O’Rourke’s songwriting style moves faultlessly between impressionism, and story telling, and can be athome in almost any form. A dynamic performer, he is at once as comfortable fronting a 50-piece orchestra,as playing solo with a guitar.

Songs of Declan’s have been covered by a growing list of established artists ranging from Christy Moore, toEddi Reader, and Josh Groban.

The Virginians present

CEILIÚRADH NA GAEILGE-CONCERT CELEBRATING IRELAND’S CULTURE AND LANGUAGE

IN MUSIC, SONG AND DANCE . Featuring the Tracey Taaffe Dance School, the Cadden Family, and many more local artists. This concert is a part of the 2018 Bliain na Gaeilge programme which celebrates the revival of the Irish language. There will be a special emphasis on welcoming Irish emigrants home and the concert will include works from Irish poets and writers.

ACCORA ORCHESTRA

Accora Orchestra (formerly known as Castletown Accordion Orchestra) return to the Ramor Theatre for their third annual Mid Summer Classical Concert.  Their special guests this year are St. Kilian’s Choir, Mullagh and third level students from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.  This year’s programme will include French and Irish music as the Orchestra prepare to travel to France on the 3rd July to perform in two concerts.
