The purpose of the project Cavan Youth Arts lab is to enhance the capacity of children and young people to develop awareness and respect for self and others and to form positive relationships through the arts. Art form strategies including workshops, training, events and happenings are taking place to further develop the capacity of young people to create and develop cultural memory.

It is important that the project also benefits and assists in the professional development of the artists which in turn benefits the young people they reach out to.

There are a limited number of spaces so to book your space, please contact Kim Doherty or 0494378548/0866691550

This project/initiative is supported by the EU’s PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.
