Changing Seasons Peer Support Network

The Changing Seasons Peer Support Network’s first gathering of 2023 will take place at:

Venue: Baileborough Library

Date: March 16th

Time: 12:30pm

Kim Doherty will facilitate “Hello How Are You?".

The Hello How Are You campaign aims to open up conversations about mental health and encourage us all to check in with each other and see how we are. This will be followed on by an Arts Wellness Workshop.

The Network is open to any artist, youth or health worker who would like to participate in a fun arts activity facilitated by experienced peers. The aim of the Network is to support artists making work and facilitators who work with people through the arts in community, youth and health contexts.
