Two Day Writing Workshop in Cavan

A two-day writing workshop will be facilitated by Kate Ennals on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd March 2019 in CavanTown from 10.30am – 4pm. The two-day workshop will set a range of different exercises. We will develop starting points to writing, work on character development, dialogue, look at structure and start a short story. The writing of each participant will be workshopped by the group.

The aim of the weekend is to gather together the skeleton of a short story, stimulate different writing ideas, work together and have fun. The workshop will be varied and hopefully challenging.

There will be a limit of 8 places allocated on a first come, first served basis. Cost €60 (includes light home-made lunch on both days). The weekend will be fun, constructive, and provide local writers with ideas and characters that can be developed.
The workshop will be held in Swellan, Cavan Town. For further information and to register, contact Kate Ennals on 0863737847/facebook or email kateennals@live.co.uk.
