We’re proud to share that Elisha McCaffrey (Arts & Health Manager) and Kim Doherty (Art Therapist) are representing Ireland at the prestigious Culture and Health Forum in Turku, Finland! 🌍🎨🧠

They’ve been presenting on training and their incredible work in arts and health as part of the EU-funded CultureAndHealth platform (2024–2028) - a visionary programme using arts and culture to boost mental health and wellbeing across Europe.
Cavan Arts secured €155,000 in EU funding, with an additional €38,750 from Cavan County Council, to lead this exciting four-year initiative.

🎤 The Forum brings together artists, educators, and researchers from 13 countries to share best practices and spark new ideas.
🎨 Six projects have already launched - three right here in Cavan and the North-East!
Also attending were artists Eve Li (Donegal) and Catherine Bourne (Leitrim), taking part in training and knowledge sharing.
